Landing a hit on an enemy already under 15% HP ends the battle right there — a KO, never a death roll — and against a foe that low the strike can't be dodged. One exception: a fighter holding an unspent Phase 2 isn't ended, it's FORCED into its second phase. No prolonged goodbyes.
+3 Attack, +3 Magic, and ignores 20% of the enemy's defense. Each turn has a 20% chance for an orange Laser Burst with +3 damage and 40% defense pierce.
