Terms of Use

The short, human version. By drawing here, you agree to it.

1. Your art is yours

You own the drawings you make. Full stop. We don't claim ownership of your scribbles, your masterpieces, or that thing that is technically a dog.

2. You let us show them off

To actually run the game, you grant Drawn to Battle a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and reproduce the drawings you submit — inside the game (fighter pages, battles, leaderboards) and in share features (public battle links, screenshots, social cards). That's it. We use them to make the game work and to let you brag. You can delete a fighter to pull its drawing from new public matchmaking.

3. Don't draw awful things

This is a family-friendly battle game. Keep it that way. Don't submit drawings or names that contain:

  • sexual content or nudity
  • hate symbols or extremist symbols
  • harassment or targeting of real people
  • graphic or gratuitous violence
  • someone's personal or private information
  • offensive, slur-laden, or impersonating names
  • blatant, direct copies of copyrighted characters (be inspired, don't trace)

We moderate submissions and can remove or reject anything that breaks these rules, no notice required.

4. Fighters can die. That's the game.

Death is a mechanic, not a bug. A drawing you love can get injured, lose, and permanently die in the arena. When it happens, it's part of the story — your fighter earns a spot in the Hall of Legends and its record stays viewable forever. There are no refunds on grief, no pay-to-revive, and no death paywalls. Ever.

5. Grown-ups only-ish

Drawn to Battle is not intended for children under 13. If you're under 13, please sit this one out. By playing, you confirm you're at least 13 years old.
