A chaotic bundle of overlapping lines that *might* be a staff, a bundle of sticks, or possibly just what happens when someone's hand gets a little too excited on the canvas. Lots of crossing, plenty of energy, definitely a weapon if you squint and believe hard enough.

Through turn 10: enemy speed −5 and +20% dodge for itself; from turn 11 the whole arrangement flips to the enemy's favor. Front-loads the fight and hopes it's over by then.
